• You will attend appointments and provide biometrics as required

Schengen From Dubai is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

3. Fees & Payments

• Service fees must be paid in full before processing begins

• Fees are for consultancy and support services only

• Embassy fees, visa center charges, and other third-party costs are separate unless stated otherwise

All payments are subject to the agreed terms at the time of booking.

4. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

While we strive to provide accurate guidance and maximize your chances of approval:

• We do not guarantee visa approval

• We are not responsible for any decisions made by embassies or consulates

• Processing times may vary depending on the embassy and application complexity

5. Appointment Booking

We aim to secure visa appointments as quickly as possible. However:

• Appointment availability is controlled by visa centers and embassies

• We cannot guarantee specific dates or timeframes

• Delays due to peak seasons or external factors are beyond our control

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Consultancy and service fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun

• Refunds (if any) are subject to management approval and specific circumstances

• No refunds will be issued for visa rejections or delays caused by third parties

7. Limitation of Liability

Schengen From Dubai shall not be held liable for:

• Visa rejections or delays

• Losses resulting from missed travel plans

• Actions or decisions made by embassies, consulates, or visa centers

• Any indirect or consequential damages
